Planning a trip can be overwhelming and stressful. Let us take the stress out of planning and help create the perfect getaway.
The first step is to fill out our Inquiry Form. This gives us a little insight before we connect over a phone or Zoom call. This chat is an opportunity to get a deeper understanding of the type of vacation you are looking for. We'll talk about your wish list, budget, and travel preferences. This is our chance to get to know you so we can create a tailored vacation proposal. Given the nature of modern travel, our travel management fee will be collected upfront at this stage before we begin the research and planning process. The non-refundable professional planning fee is based on number of travellers, length of trip and complexity and customization required and starts at $75+HST.
Next, we get to work researching, planning and reaching out to our in-destination friends and suppliers. At this point, we will present to you a proposal based on our conversations. If any adjustments need to be made, they will be done until you are completely satisfied that this is the package for you.
Once the trip is secured, you will receive a final travel itinerary, important need to know information, travel tips and support right from take off to landing.
